Terms of Use — Dabbour Network

By using the Dabbour Network app or the website iwaspjo.com (together, the "Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is owned and operated by Dam Computer Systems Company L.L.C., Amman, Jordan ("we"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

• The Service is for people aged 18 or over residing in Jordan.
• Your account is tied to your phone number. You are responsible for everything done from your account and for keeping your device and verification codes to yourself.
• One account per person. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. The social network

• You own the content you post and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store and distribute it within the Service as needed to operate it.
• Do not post or send: anything unlawful under Jordanian law, incitement, hate or threats, sexual content, harassment, impersonation, other people's personal data without consent, spam, malware, or material infringing intellectual-property rights.
• Selling or promoting goods or services inside the network is not permitted except through deals published by the Service itself (Section 3).
• We may remove content or restrict any account that breaches these terms, notifying you where practicable.

3. Deals and orders

• Only the Service publishes deals. Users cannot publish deals.
• Limited-quantity deals sell until the announced quantity runs out. Your order is binding on confirmation. Prices are in Jordanian dinars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery fees are shown before confirmation.
• Payment: your in-app balance, CliQ, or cash on delivery where offered. An order not paid or not collected within the stated period may be cancelled.
• Delivery: to the address you specify, within our service areas. The order is handed over at the specified address to you or to whoever you authorise to receive it. Check the order on delivery; shortage or damage claims are accepted within 24 hours.
• Cancellation and refunds: you may cancel before preparation begins. Refunds go back by the same method used to pay. Food and opened goods are refundable only when defective.

4. Supplier mode (goods units)

This section applies if you buy units from goods deals to resell.

• It is goods, not an investment. You buy physical goods that you own and whose commercial risk you bear. We promise no return, profit, buyback or guarantee of resale.
• Payment in full at commitment from your balance or via CliQ. No cash on delivery and no pooling of funds between users.
• If the shipment does not arrive your payment is refunded in full by the same method.
• Your stock is held in your name in our dedicated warehouse under an append-only ledger and leaves only on your instruction.
• Resale is to your own business clients only, with an invoice issued in your name per client order. We perform delivery at the zone fee charged to you; we never collect your clients' money on your behalf and do not set your prices.
• You are responsible for your own tax and commercial obligations arising from resale.

5. In-app balance

• Balance is a closed-loop payment method inside the Service only; it is not a deposit or bank account and earns no interest.
• It is not transferable between users and not withdrawable as cash except for the refund cases stated here or when you close your account with a remaining balance, which is returned by the method it was funded.
• We keep a record of every movement; it is the reference in any dispute.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not: access the Service by automated means without permission, attempt to breach or disrupt it, circumvent quantity or price limits, create multiple accounts, or use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual property

The name "Dabbour Network", its logo, the app, the website and their design belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time (Privacy Policy, Section 6). We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or suspected fraud, after settling any open orders or amounts.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is and may suffer interruptions. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our maximum liability for any order is the value of that order. Nothing here limits liability that Jordanian law does not allow to be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Changes

We may amend these terms. The new version is published here with its date, and we notify you in the app if the change is material. Continued use afterwards means acceptance.
